Hi friends! I am so grateful you are here, and I am excited to share insights from my journey of awakening. Throughout my journey, I have come to understand and appreciate balance. If you seek God and live in truth, you will find the balance to live a fulfilling life.
Here, you'll find encouragement and support as you explore spirituality, relationships, parenthood, entrepreneurship, and health, which will lead to overall growth.
This site was created as an extension of my book, "Behind The Awakening: A 30-Day Journey" (coming soon), creating a community to assist and support the areas that will help you to become a woman who is awakened and ready to live life fulfilled.

My husband and I work side by side, and we have more to come that will be for men as well.
I teach my kids that what we feed our bodies is extremely important. I always emphasize the importance of balance, we must feed our mind, spirit, and body the food that gives life.
This part of my journey of awakening has been significant for me, as I haven't always made the healthiest choices when it came to food. I have worked to increase my knowledge when it comes to health and food. I have spent the last four years studying and reading many books and resources about health and natural remedies. Along with a child who has severe food allergies, we had to make substantial changes to our food selection. Our household is now plant-based, and we’ve developed a love for delicious, healthy foods.
Through my studies and research, I have worked to create some great healthy plant-based recipes that I look forward to sharing with you weekly.
